Shark Paper Bag Puppet DIY

Great White Sharks have 5 rows of teeth and up to 3,000 teeth at any given time. They loose approximately 100 teeth a day. Unlike humans, they have the ability to replace their teeth and will have around 20,000 teeth in its lifetime.


It is fascinating to learn about Sharks. Every year when Shark Weak happens, I get so excited to learn more about sharks. The inspiration then leads to creating some fun crafts. Check out these other Shark Art Projects on the blog...




Assembling these puppets is easy to do. Start by downloading and printing your free Black & White Shark Paper Bag Puppet template at the bottom of the post. Print on 8.5x11 white paper. Color the shark however you want.

Cut out the shark.

Glue the fins to the back of the body of the shark. Glue the body to a paper bag.

Glue the dorsal fin to the back of the head. Glue the head onto the bag.
